and Conditions of On-line Sales at Tara Bookshop
Payment
We
accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express credit cards.
At Tara Bookshop we endeavour to list all items at correct prices and with
accurate postage rates but due to fluctuating exchange rates prices are
subject to change at any time.
Where there is a price change:

When the price is lower than listed we will charge the customer the
lower price and proceed with the order.

If there is an increase in price / postage or a delay in shipment due to
a lack of stock in hand we will email the customer to inform them and
to confirm that they wish to proceed with the order.
No funds will be transferred from your account until we receive your
confirmation.
Where
part of the order is available and some delayed we offer the customer the
following options:

To wait for all items to be available to send together.

To send in separate packages and the customer pays for the extra
postage.

To send what is available and cancel the order for the delayed item.
We will wait for our customers instructions and confirmation before
processing any payment.
Unfortunately we are not able to absorb the extra postage costs where they
are incurred.
We will always inform our customers of these changes and offer the option to
cancel if required.
